Preheat oven to 160C
Combine all the spices in a bowl and add to the whipped egg white. Next toss through all the nuts until all are coated evenly.
Place on a baking tray and bake in oven for 15 mins, stir the nuts then cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

- 1 tsp each of salt, ground coriander, paprika & cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground chilli
- 1 egg white lightly whipped until foamy
