Ingredients:
- 1 cups Macadamias chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup. (adjust on sweetness)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Place all the macadamias on a tray and sprinkle over the cinnamon making sure it covers every area. Bake until fragrant for 15 - 20 mins.
When cooked take out of the oven and drizzle the sweetener over the macadamias, then cook for a further 5 minutes.
