Ingredients
- 300g silken Tofu
- 1/4 cup chilled skimmed coconut cream
- 100g dairy free dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1/4 cup sweetener (agave, rice syrup etc)
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method:
place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. pour into moulds or glasses and chill for at least 1 hour.
Enjoy they wont last long!!!!
